BB3B focuses on twin children Lucy and Louie and their teenaged babysitter Chubba. Lucy and Louie believe that their baby brother Billy Bob is an alien; they make various attempts to prove this and stop Billy Bob from launching an alien invasion, while Chubba goes along with their schemes.
