Toxic Crusaders is a 1990 environmental-political cartoon, which was cancellled after just one season in 1991.[1] Set in fictional Tromaville, New Jersey, USA it's main character is a mutant named Toxie. He and his friends' main-antagonists are the "Smogulans", an extraterrestrial species who come from the planet of Smogula and attempts to poison Earth.
